About this event
This Presentation explains how Andrew Hatcher’s background and skill sets has led him on the path to help others in their businesses. How strategy, direction and a good sounding board for practical advice can make a real and positive difference.
Andrew explains what qualifies him to give this presentation :
A 24 year career building up a business through multiple technological landscapes, delivering on the goal of sustainable growth, personal development and a healthy bottom line. My career demonstrated that you can help make a real and positive difference to peoples lives by the way you manage your business. Being diligent and having an eye on the long term goal was so important as well as continuously investing to keep up with industry standards and practices. So many doors were opened as a result and the business thrived in what was a very challenging industry.
During this presentation Andrew will explain how his Business Consultancy can help business owners gain fresh perspective about their business activities and life in general. Andrew will relay a fresh approach to supporting business leaders no matter what size company they run or how long they have been in business.
Who will benefit from attending?
Entrepreneurs and SME business owners who feel out of their depth, like their business is taking over their lives and possibly their health. Owning and running a business is often described as one of the loneliest positions in any organisation. and the presentation will demonstrate that there is real help and support out there.
What will attendees learn?
Attendees will come away with some easily actionable business tips to keep you and your business running smoothly.
1. Realise that you are mortal, there are only so many hours and minutes in each day.
2. Not ignoring your health and fitness. Getting fit for business and life will change your outlook.
3. Learn to say “no”. Keep focused on what is important to you and your business.
4. It’s okay to fail, it’s better to try and fail than not try at all. We really do learn from the mistake we make.
The presentation will demonstrate that there is real help and support out there.
Plus, of course, we’ll have round table intros (30-60 seconds – we ask that you don’t overrun), breakfast and networking.
The meeting closes at 9-00 but informal networking continues well beyond that time.
Come along and join us – you will be most welcome.
