About this event
Life is a bowl of cherries – or not! Gail Mackay presents 5 ways to ensure you are still there after any challenge.
Gail explains what qualifies her to give this presentation :
I have run my own business for many years and dealt with the ups and downs that it entails. I am also a qualified Mental Health First Aid Instructor for MHFA England.
Who will benefit from attending?
All the members of the Network Group and anyone else running a small business dealing with the ups and downs of daily life in the current climate.
What will attendees learn?
During this presentation Gail will cover:
- Ways to improve your mental wellbeing
- How to recognise when you need help
- I’ve coped all these years – what’s changed?
- How to care for yourself when working alone
Plus, of course, we’ll have round table intros (30-60 seconds – we ask that you don’t overrun), breakfast and networking.
The meeting closes at 9-00 but informal networking continues well beyond that time.
Come along and join us – you will be most welcome.
Business Village is a great way to network and to develop your business and your personal skill. Come along and try us out. Just pay on the day.
