You don’t ring, you don’t phone! The importance of client comunications

If you’re unsure how to communicate with clients, when to communicate with clients and how often to communicate with them, then Steve Manning – who runs Hampshire-based Activate Marketing – has some of the answers.

Steve gave a lively and informative presentation to Business Village, focusing on the importance of client communications.

He cited the examples of Waitrose and Ryanair who mishandled communications with clients, and talked about those who got it right, including Olay when it launched its new ‘clinically proven’ product range.
