The StartUp Britain Tour Bus comes to Swindon on 22nd July. If you are a budding entrepreneur, or interested in starting up your own business, this is a good opportunity to come and talk to experts and others who can help get your business going.

What is StartUp Britain?

StartUp Britain is a national campaign by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs, harnessing the expertise and passion of Britain’s leading businesspeople to unleash entrepreneurship across the UK. The campaign is run by the Centre for Entrepreneurs think tank and supported by Sage, Natwest and Upwork.

Founded by eight entrepreneurs and launched in March 2011 by the Prime Minister, StartUp Britain is completely private sector funded, and was launched in response to the government’s call for an ‘enterprise led’ recovery.

What is the StartUp Tour?

The StartUp Tour unleashes entrepreneurship across the country by providing inspiration, resources and advice to thousands of aspiring and early stage entrepreneurs. From 22nd June to mid­ August the bus will tour Britain to visit 25 locations and engage 15,000 individuals.
